My Fourth in Instagrams
Hope you all had a fabulous Fourth of July! I know I did!My day was full of good food, outdoor activities, friends, and family. What more could a girl ask for?I started my day with a run with the Fleet Feet group and was shocked to see that even at 7:30 there were already chairs lining Sherman Ave. for the parade. Talk about some dedicated parade-goers. After that I had a ginormous breakfast with my parents at Michael D's and then we met up with one of my sisters for the parade downtown. It was great to see so many people out to support the community parade. Although, if I'm being completely truthful I feel the parade has turned into one giant infomercial for our local political groups and businesses. Not cool. But Sawyer loved seeing all the big trucks and fire engines so I guess that was worth it.Following the parade, Kristin and I took the pups up to Mineral Ridge for a nice hike to wear them out a bit. Once Kyle got off work (I know! Who has to work on the Fourth of July!?) we headed out to his parents' cabin for yet more delicious food and downtime.Overall, a great day. Hope yours was wonderful too! If you have any great firework pics send them my way and I'll post them on Facebook.Andy
